Haley, Technician
Haley's love for animals started at a very young age. She started working with animals in college being a part of the Rutgers University Seeing Eye Puppy Raising club as a sitter and the Companion Animal Club working with and helping socialize service dogs. She then made her way into a rescue for cats and volunteered and fostered many cats over a span of 3 years where she foster-failed her first cat.
Haley began her career in the veterinary field in 2019 starting as a veterinary assistant/receptionist, where she also foster-failed her first dog! Haley then made her transition to veterinary technician and learned her passion for emergency and urgent care.
When not at work Haley enjoys making puzzles, reading and spending time with her partner and their two cats, Athena and Gus, and dog, Lily

Kim, Receptionist
Hi, my name is Kim and I’m proud to be part of the team as a veterinary receptionist. I’m often the first face you see when you walk through the door, and I’m here to make sure both you and your pets feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for. With a background in customer service and a lifelong love of animals, I bring a calm and compassionate approach to every interaction. Whether I’m helping schedule appointments, answering questions, or giving your pet a treat, I’m always happy to help! Photo attached is my cute handsome man Jasper who sadly passed in 2021, but I still love him and think of him often
